Shift appoints Praveenesh Pala as Chief Financial Officer

Sydney, Australia – 2 December 2024 – Shift, a leading provider of credit and payment products to Australian businesses, has announced the appointment of Praveenesh (Prav) Pala to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. 

Prav brings over two decades of experience to the role, spanning high growth, tech-driven financial services leaders and other industries. 

Shift CEO Jamie Osborn said the appointment follows an extensive search, with Prav the clear choice.

Prav joins Shift from Tyro Payments, where he held the role of CFO. Previous appointments include senior roles at ING Direct, Domaine Property Funds and Mirvac.
